Three Springs Residential Outdoor Youth Counselor Job Openings

Three Springs Therapeutic Outdoor Programs

Three Springs, Inc. began in 1985 with the establishment of their first outdoor program at Paint Rock Valley in pastoral Trenton, Alabama. At that time, three coldwater springs were discovered on the newly acquired property and provided the inspiration for the name. The Paint Rock Valley springs symbolize their belief that residential adolescent behavioral care should offer children an environment, programs, and services that work together to strengthen mind, body and spirit.

Since their modest beginning over twenty years ago, Three Springs has experienced steady growth and now enjoys a national reputation for quality services and successful treatment of troubled adolescents. Today, Three Springs successfully operates over twenty distinct programs throughout the United States and remains unshakable in the belief that children in their care possess the ability to reach their full potential and grow into happy, healthy, productive young adults.
