If you are ready to be a part of a thriving community based on serving with aloha, mutual respect and open communication, contact the Volunteer Coordinator for more info, watch the volunteer video or go directly to Kalani's application page. Program Guides, Program Supervisors, Logistics Coordinators and Therapists
Come explore Hawaii in a different way! Blending a wilderness therapy model on an organic farm, Pacific Quest and the Program Guide team facilitate an environment for teens and young adults to recognize a want for change while learning about farming, sustainability, basic living and problem solving skills, health and nutrition, emotional growth and Hawaiian culture. Desired qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in psychology, farming/agroecology or outdoor education/leadership, or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Specific experience with “at-risk” youth or within wilderness therapy a plus.
